Once you are decided on your products we will provide you with digital proofs to show you how the product will look once personalised.
Once you are happy with the price, and the proposed design, we will send you the order forms and artwork approval to confirm your merchandise.
The final step is to deliver your merchandise right to your door.

Depending on the products you want, the kind of designs you need, and the quantity you want to order – there can be a lot of variables in delivery times, prices, and if a certain product can be made.
We aim to be as transparent with all of this information as possible, to ensure that you are comfortable with the process every step of the way.

What products do you sell?
The most popular products we find for our client base, are wearable, items such as t-shirts, and caps – or souvenir based products such as lighters and bottle openers, however – in the past our team have had experience with some simply unimaginable products!
Can you print any logo?
There are a multitude of printing options, that each suit different products depending on the material you are printing on to.
Some products can be printed from photographs, others need vectorised artwork.
We will always advise you as to the best way to reproduce your artwork, and if in doubt, our in-house design team can help you to recreate your logo for use on any products you wish to order.
What is your turn around time?
Turnaround times are extremely variable.
Typically for a UK based production with a UK delivery, it would be 2 weeks from artwork confirmation for an express order, and 3-4 weeks for a standard order.
For larger quantities where we are taking advantage of sea-freight to reduce shipping costs (typically on quantities of over 10,000, or builkier items) you can be looking at 8-10 weeks from the artwork approval date.
Can I cancel my order?
Once you have signed your order forms, and artwork approval, your merchandise will move into production.
Once production has started, we are unable to cancel an order – as the raw materials will no longer be reusable for another job. It is possible in some instances to halt production, and you will only pay for the work that has been completed + labour time – however this is at the discretion of individual manufacturers, and cannot be guaranteed.
